Line Marking

Pressure Clean Sydney are professionals in linemarking and all surface painting services. Our employees have years of experience in linemarking and are able to modify our linemarking machines and stencils to suit your requirements. Our staff have undertaken many projects in Sydney and are currently completing many projects on behalf of other companies who need a reliable and skilled line marking business to complete their projects.

For higher buildings we have a variety of ways we can pressure wash. We are the only company in Sydney who has a pressure pole that can reach 5 storeys high. This pole was specially designed by our staff to assist in cleaning buildings from the ground.

The pole is made of fiberglass and is telescopic which enables us to adjust the height. The cleaning instrument is on rubber wheels so it is as easy as rolling the wheels up and down the side of your building which ensures a even clean and no harm to the property!

We offer a all-in-one service which includes: The preparation of the surface prior to line marking. This is usually a surface scrub completed by our staff on our ride on machines OR a pressure wash of the area. Either of these services are usually completed 2 days prior to the line marking day to ensure the surface is clean and no water remains on the surface. We recommend to all our clients to prepare the surface this way prior to line marking the two main reasons are:

1. The surface will be clean with no dirt. The last thing you want is to have your line marking applied to a dirty surface because the paint will not stick correctly and will wear out 50% faster than applying paint to a clean surface.

2. The surface will be clean and the line marking will look excellent. This ensures you do not have to have it cleaned after which could cause the lines to be accidently damaged. The preparation of the surface prior to line marking is fully optional; we do however recommend it for best results.

The paint we use is DULUX Road Paint. This is used in almost 90% of our line marking work and most colours are available to suit your specification. We use DULUX for two reasons; it is reliable and long lasting and it＊s a well-known brand for line marking paint. We have tried many paints on the market and dulux has always been the top performer. If you have a specified paint you would like to use, all paints can be applied via our line marking machine and we are happy to work with a paint of your specification.
